Recognizing that some of our users may require additional assistance, AUXFIN builds value networks of people organized in groups around a tablet and assisted by trained activators to make sure our technologies are well-used and impactful. These networks are developed through the so-called ‘G50 approach’. 

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager,you will :

• Facilitate backlog grooming,sprint planning,retrospectives and stand ups.
• Collaborate with the teams that develop,test and deploy APIs in containerized infrastructure environments.
• Communicate about the product with institutional clients.
• Communicate effectively with the higher management and with good leadership skills to manage/lead teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial or agile experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the company in multiple countries. 
• A genuine drive to optimize productivity of the team and on individual level as well.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• A fast learner,who can understand complex requirements and assess dependencies and estimations.
• Problem- solving and conflict-resolution ability.
